This Privacy Policy explains how Mindphor Intelligence ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. We are currently operated by Santhosh Kumar, an individual based in India.

Account information: name, email address, and authentication data when you sign up via email/password, GitHub, or Google. If you sign in via GitHub and your email is private, we may not receive an email address for your account; we accommodate this gracefully, and your account functions normally.

App/competitor data you provide: the app(s) and competitor(s) you configure for monitoring.

Usage data: how you interact with the Service (e.g., pages visited, features used), collected to improve the product.

Payment information: we do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your billing details directly and processes them under its own privacy policy. We only receive non-sensitive subscription status information (e.g., plan tier, active/cancelled) linked to your account ID.

2. Information We Collect About Third Parties

To provide the Service, we collect publicly available data not directly about you, including:

• Public app store reviews (e.g., Google Play Store and Apple App Store, fetched directly by us) for apps you choose to monitor.
• Public competitor changelog data.

This data may incidentally include personal opinions or usernames of third-party reviewers who posted publicly. We do not use this data for any purpose beyond generating sentiment analysis and insights for our customers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate AI-based sentiment analysis and insights (processed via third-party AI providers, including Google Gemini).
• To send you service-related notifications (e.g., alerts, digest summaries) if applicable to your plan.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and security practices.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, as well as functional cookies (e.g., remembering read/unread alert states). We do not use intrusive analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Ingested review/changelog data is retained to support historical trend analysis unless you delete your account, at which point we will delete your account data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including secure authentication and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for optional communications.
